It is usually taken once or twice a day. If you are taking up to 200 mg of celecoxib at a time you may take the medication with or without food. If you are taking more than 200 mg of celecoxib at a time you should take the medication with food. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure if you need to take your medication with food.
